A Glass Platform Above the Makarska Riviera
Biokovo is the mountain range that rises directly behind Makarska, and the Skywalk is a glass-floored viewing platform that hangs over the drop, with the sea and the islands far below. The road up through Biokovo Nature Park winds through rocky mountain scenery and is much easier with a private driver. Most guests combine the Skywalk with a walk on the Makarska waterfront before the drive back to Split.

How long does the Biokovo Skywalk trip take?
About 6 to 7 hours door to door, including around 1.5 to 2 hours at the Skywalk and in the park. Start and finish times are flexible.
Are the Skywalk tickets included?
No. Biokovo Nature Park entrance and Skywalk tickets are paid separately on the day. Your driver can tell you the current price and the best time to go.
What if the weather is bad?
The Skywalk and the mountain road depend on the weather, and fog or wind can limit the views. Check the forecast with your driver the day before and decide together whether to go or to choose another day.
Can we add the Makarska seafront?
Yes. A stop on the Makarska promenade is already part of the typical day and can be made longer if you like.
